#### Unlock Requirements

* The Eternal Fountain is available to all players who meet the [city level](https://city-whitepaper.gitbook.io/reality-rush/getting-started/city-levels) requirements specified for each level.
* [RRUSH](https://city-whitepaper.gitbook.io/reality-rush/usdrrush-token) tokens are required to upgrade the Eternal Fountain to unlock higher boosts and RP/hr income.
